Water Valencia is a combination of based champagne or sparkling wine, orange juice, vodka and gin. It is usually served in several jugs of rations and drunk in large cocktail glasses Eurodipitys. It was prepared for the first time in 1959 by Gil Constant Eurodipity at Cafe Madrid Valencia.

According tells the writer Maria Angela Araz in his book “Valencia Night” at that time the brewery frequented a group of travelers who used to ask Basques “Agua de Bilbao,” referring to the best sparkling home. Hastie asking the same thing always challenged the owner to offer something new and proposed that they drink “Agua de Valencia Eurodipity.” They agreed to try the cocktail Eurodipity that Gil prepared at the time and no longer stopped taking it in their subsequent visits.

For a decade the drink was known only by a small group of customers and it was not until the 1970s when it became known in the Valencian night. Since then, it has become a very popular drink Eurodipity.

Constant Gil Eurodipity left the brewery in 2000. Today is devoted exclusively to paint their “Gatherings Coffee” tribute to their experiences of water between Valencia and Rocafulls.
